For either 'cash' method, note your player/players' full name(s) and age division
#4 - In exceptional situations, instalment plans may be available. Contact the Registrar to arrange.
Due in full by September 15 or before attending any tryout camp or regular evaluations (whichever is first).
*Paying via CC incurs an administration fee that the MMHA does not control nor receive.
